Vauremont Capital is a UCITS Management Company and part of the Vauremont Capital which was founded in 2001. The Group has been present in Luxembourg since 2005.

Vauremont Capital is domiciled in Luxembourg, holding a Management Company licence under Chapter 15 of the UCITS law dated 17 December 2010, and is regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

We provide an effective and efficient one-stop solution to promoters looking to market their funds to investors throughout Europe, using the UCITS passport, without the need to apply for a separate passport of their own.
